ok my phone company was down for awhile so my phone calls wasnt getting to me or i wasnt able to call out everything is working well now no problem now sorry if my first post sounded negative it wasnt towards them it was cause of my cell company. i'm grateful that everything is back to normal wit the cell phone company and able to get through to my doctor n he is able to get through to me.
