The only thing I would recommend is that the address in the email and text message were corrected to the correct address, as they say Shelbourne Ave, and it should be Street. Those unfamiliar with the can be frustrated trying to find it.

The day we were tested Laura was friendly and welcoming. The whole testing process went super smoothly thanks to Laura for her kindness and professionalism.
