K	Karin Lorento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero, I would. While the doctor is lovely, her patient care coordinator is horrific. It's unfortunate such a good doctor is limiting her care and sacrificing the reputation of her clinic by employing such terrible front end staff.

Ive been trying to book my yearly check up for over 3 years, on top of that her receptionist is the rudest lady I have come into contact with. The wait times are painfully long. if you make an appointment to see the doctor you are forced to wait as they serve "walk-in" clients first. i unfortunately can not rate under one star, or i sure would. i have strongly recommended to close people looking for medical care to turn their heads when this name comes up, based on the poor care and service i have received.

J	Johnny B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is Feb 7th 2022. I have just left Grace Medical Clinic on Grainsboroug Road as they had advertised they are taking new patients. I had spoke with the receptionist, who demanded I wear a face mask. I had politely advised her, that I have a medical mask exemption. She had continued, then I had advised her, you are heading for a legal problem so stop. Then Dr. U Puerea came into the receptionist area. She had also told me, no mask, no service policy. I had tried to explain the current rules RE mask exemption as per the Open Ontario Act, and Human Rights Code,The doctor said, she doesn't know anything about that. Well, I'm at home now filing charges for discrimination under section 10 of the Human Rights Code, When a DOCTOR refused medical attention is outrageous !! Quit you job
J	Jonathan Fleury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been patients of Dr.arachchi for years. The receptionist Is rude she has extremely bad social skills. My wife went in for a check up with both my kids, forgot to put a mask on and the receptionist snapped at her and tryed to order her to leave. I do not care if you are having a bad day. If your job involves talking to people all day keep your ignorant attitude to yourself. We understand that masks are needed but when someone's hands are full with 2 kids use your manners. Hands down dr. Arachchi's receptionist is the worst receptionist I've ever seen. Get someone who knows how to talk to people. Should not have to be worried about being yelled at, at my doctors office.
S	Sarah Menezes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t agree with the reviews below. I am a new patient to Dr.Pereira. I have found her lovely so far to work with. She is caring and easy to get along with. We must all remember that we are all going through a pandemic and to be nicer to each other. The front desk is providing the best service they can despite barriers making it difficult to hear the patients and constantly changing rules. I have never had a problem getting through if you call on the days they are open.
