M	Mikey Adz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear ‘manager’, Melina… Just because YOU don’t feel like working and YOU don’t want to open shop, does not give you the right (I would think) to tell someone they -aren’t getting their PAID FOR delivery -told if they want their birthday package arrangement, you need to come in and pick it up -upon arrival, then get told you need to wait 45-1hr for it to be ready -then get charged twice, before a refund gets put through! Not only did you and your shop lose a customer, but I will no longer purchase from any other either!

H	Hanna Balkhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst customer service. Made an order for pick up while driving through London to go see family in Sarnia. Order time was for 9:30, we arrived at 9:35, were told order wouldn’t be ready until another 15 mins. We waited. When given the order, I noticed someone else’s name was on the tag. Returned to the store and told them, the stores driver was so bold to remove the name and say “easy solution”….. until the person who had made the order walked through the door. Unbelievably terrible service and response from the store. As someone coming through from out of town, this was a very disappointing experience. Needless to say, after being there for an hour, we left with nothing and had to make another stop to pick something up to give our family.
S	Shelley Pratt Orr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed, I ordered my granddaughter an arrangement for today…. Her 7th birthday. Called her this morning to let her know that a surprise was coming around 1 pm. She was so excited. Then I received a call around 11:30 saying that the Oder had been changed until tomorrow. ?? I called the location to inquire about the change and was told that there was an “emergency “ and they will have to complete the order tomorrow. ( after her actual birthday). While I appreciate that emergencies do happen and I sincerely hope that all is ok with whatever the issue was, I can’t help but see the disappointment in my granddaughter face when I tell her that her surprise won’t arrive today. Unfortunately I won’t have the faith to place future orders and feel confident that they will arrive as ordered. One last suggestion…. The young lady I spoke to on the phone, never offered an “ I’m sorry”

As for the phone number, no one answers or no one in tech support is ever answers. My initial experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, I have now had issues with my account being connected to someone else’s contact information. I have asked to speak with the manager. It is 3 weeks and no one has called. The online forget password doesn’t work so I called and I was told they would connect me to corporate and they too have not called to in 4 weeks. I have also contacted corporate directly and no one answers.

I have received and purchased many of them here in Mississauga so I decided to send one to my son who is feeling under the weather today. It was disgusting. Many of the strawberries were rotten and it looked like someone just threw this together blindfolded. The first photo is what my son received, the second photo is what I ordered from their website. I have requested a refund and have not heard back from them yet. I will never order from this location again.

I was worried at first but wow Awesome job Thanks soooooo much!!! It’s beautiful and both my mom and dad loved their treats ? ???
