★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided we wanted to do something a little more special for Halloween this year for a few friends so we placed an order for some candy apples a week in advance. A few days before we were to pick up the order we experienced a death in our family and things got very busy. I went out of town and my husband went to pick up the order, only to find that the order hadn't been passed on to anyone. After he left I got a call from the store apologizing and trying to work out a solution. They offered to provide me with a variety of apples at the same price point as I had ordered and then on top of that delivered the order so my husband wouldn't have to go back with three kids in tow! Awesome customer service to rectify the mistake and so far the apples have been a hit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apples are out of this world! The customer service is great too. Everything is a weeee little bit pricey, BUT! YOU GET what you paid for.
My only small con about the apples is how lemony they can be. . . Sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overpriced, and compared to other specialty shops have a very small selection of vegan/alternative choices. Also note their 'vegan' chocolate isn't actually vegan as I have a food allergy and my anaphylaxis reaction begs to differ. They label it as 'produced in a facility that also processes other allegens' but in this case there is serious contamination involved. Don't know what they consider an appropriate amount of risk but not acceptable by my standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered chocolate from here twice and it’s always amazing. They go above and beyond. When they were out of what I ordered they replaced it with something even better, who does that? I am so impressed and will continue to order from here whenever I need gifts in the future.

Staff were super friendly and willing to help at any point in time. Located in Masonville Mall there are all kinds of stores around to make this a quick and simple stop.
The treats are on the expensive side.
