Bulk Barn

WOW, now that was a very unpleasant experience, I totally realize we need to keep social distancing and I respect that. There are signs on the door but nothing explains the mannerism or treatment you get when you walk in. I was greeted in a very rude manner, I don’t know if the employee knew she was rudely yelling at me from across the store as I walked in telling me I had to stand outside as there were too many people in the store. So I stepped outside, then another employee stuck her hand out the door and loudly said I was standing in the wrong spot, (there are no lines in front of the door or signs stating only so many SHOPPERS allowed in the store. As I was allowed in the store I was told to either sanitize my hands or put gloves on (no issue there) but being told I had to do it NOW in a very rude manner and to grab a cart and wait for an employee to help me. I have never felt so un-welcomed,, uncomfortable and rushed (I did not get all my shopping done). I get that we need to reduce the number of people getting infected, but be real your customers can do the same job, feel more comfortable, relaxed, not feeling like we are being rushed and not getting yelled at by your employees because we are too slow, standing in the wrong spot. I am sure that if you request your shoppers to wear masks and use glove while in your store to purchase their own product and do their own shopping as well as have a pleasant, soft talking employee who does not yell at customers standing at the door greeting your customer on where they need to stand you may not get a bad review from me or others. This is the first store since restrictions have been lifted that treats their customers with extremely poor mannerisms and customer service as well as feeling uncomfortable. I come your store several times a month to shop for baking and cooking need. I think I will be shopping elsewhere where customers are NOT being yelling at and are respected.

I came here today to grab some items for my cooking, but I ultimately regretting coming in at all. The second I walked in, I was greeted very rudely by the cashier who yelled at me to "get on gloves now!". I literally should have turned around that second and left. I complied and followed the rest of her directions. The young lady who was my "personal shopper" was very polite and respectful. The atmosphere of the store is extremely cold and unwelcoming. I definitely will not be returning for a very long time. The experience ruined my day. I do not recommend this location to away.

Very rude staff , expired pet food still on the shelves , a dirty rag on the floor , no pencils available , overall a bad experience definitely not worth going back

My wife just went to bulk Barn and one of the older women workers there was incredibly rude for no reason. Customer service is key for a business and in a town with (usually) such lovely people this is a shock.

Always good to go to the bulk barn, many, many things to choose from. Love the different candies and chocolate covered candies. Today the coffee beans were being ground and the aroma was fantastic!

Staff were super friendly. The store was clean, well stocked and organized.

We always enjoy a stop at Bulk Barn. They keep everything clean and well stocked. Friendly and polite staff makes any visit a joy

Just read reviews about unpleasant/unfriendly staff. I can definitely assure you the reviews are correct. Older lady cashier was rude and ignorant. Surprised to find this in Woodstock - definitely not a go back to place. Owners need to read reviews and actually do something about staff.
