★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sysco had been there for me and my staff and business all through Covid .
They have gone above and beyond what they can produce and offer but they do their very best to make it happen at the lowest to the greatest capacity . Be kind to your sales rep they are people just like us and are not super human to provide everything we think we need to survive .
We do the best we can with what we have and we ALL should understand including the customers .

Our Marketing Manager, Brian Jobes, is the best foodservice rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He really cares about our business and is always finding new and innovative ways for us to succeed! I can't imagine dealing with any other company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 minutes early for my delivery. Receiver wont even look at you through the window to tell you when their break is done.
It's taken more than 2 hours to take ONE skid off my truck.
I was told it's because they have to count the boxes. There was 12 boxes on the skid..... why does it take hours to count to 12????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Sysco at my restaurant for 7 years. Prior to owning my own place I have used other suppliers. Sysco is by far the best. My rep Lorne is absolutely amazing, he is a major contributor to my success. Instead of being angry with everything your supplier does wrong ( they are human too) make sure to utilize everything Sysco has to offer. Great company keep up the good work.
