They go above and beyond to help me if I have any questions or need specific items/colours/brands! Anytime I need a specific amount of items or a certain colour I send them a quick message and they make sure they can get it in for me ASAP if they don’t already have it! I can always count on them to have any order done by next day if not same day, which is incredible! They truly make my business run so much smoother due to the free home pickup for supplies and the endless amount of items they have to always expanding the needs for us who run this type of business! Although the selection isn't what you would think. If you want criket branded vinyl and don't want to wait a day or so for Amazon. Then ya this is the place. They had a large selection of Gildan shirts and other apparel though I've seen it cheaper on Amazon and elsewhere. The strangest thing ever. If something isn't priced no one seems to know the price and they won't sell it to you. We picked a large assortment of stuff from a rolling rack of bins in front of the cash register. No prices!!! So the fellow told us we couldn't buy them. We asked why and he said they didn't price them and that he only worked there... It was a tremendous waste of time and gas going here. The stuff that was priced was on par with micheals pricing.
M	Megan And David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in my experience today at RQC supply I needed more vinyl that I had purchased the day before. There was none on the shelf that day and it had to be cut for me. As there was a bad storm and I was driving from Cambridge I called to make sure they had the product in stock. The guy told me not to come that day because of the storm, said he “wanted to take my money but didn’t want me to get in an accident trying to get it”. When I called it was $43 we discussed the pricing of everything together.. at that point he could have mentioned the prices might go up soon, but chose not too. I go in today and the product has a new sticker stuck directly over the old one stating the price is $49.99. He says “yeah, I raised the price” when I told him I had to borrow enough for the $43. Wouldn’t work with me even tho he was the one who specifically told me not to come in. I know this because he said “I’m the only one working this week, my employee has covid” Had he told me he was raising the price I would have made the drive, dangerous or not. I also didn’t get all my reward points for my purchase. Seemed to me like he just didn’t want to deal with me just wanted to “take my money”. I’ll be looking for a more reliable source for all my crafting needs from now on. I suggest you do the same
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! I called 15 minutes before closing, managed to get there with ten minutes to spare. I thought I was going to have to drive to Michaels for the things I need, but the owner and workers were available and helpful! They helped me brainstorm ideas, I found things I didn’t even know they would have. Variety and quantity is great! I would have been screwed for the bridal shower I’m planning if it weren’t for them! And the owner stayed a bit later after closing helping me. This is what local business should look like. And even better, pricing is better than Michaels!!!!!
