I wish I hadn't needed to write a bad review to receive the refund in the first place. I am updating the "stars" from 2 to 3 since they did refund my shipping. They could have chosen to ignore me.

Ordered 2 Push Bars for my screen door. They were back-ordered even though the site said they were in stock. When they did arrive, they were nothing like the pieces photographed from a quality standpoint. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly.
They agreed that the latest batch was not up to their standards and agreed to give me a refund. They did not refund me the shipping. I am not happy about that.
They admitted that the pieces were substandard...yet they were shipped anyway. No one inspecting?
In my opinion, they should have refunded the shipping too. I won't use them again because of that. I'll have no confidence going forward that if they sent me damaged/substandard items...that they wouldn't hold me responsible for shipping again. That is their responsibility, not mine. I didn't change my mine...they were damaged/poor quality.
Very sad.
