He completely violated my privacy and demanded that I show proof of mask exemption even though I politely reminded him that he is not permitted to ask those sorts of questions due to my personal privacy. He then proceeded to follow me around the store and harass me. Eventually I left the store due to feeling extremely violated and they did not have what I needed in stock anyways. DO NOT give this discriminatory establishment your business!
M	Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store in Woodstock is a 5+, Nancy in paint was fabulous, knowledgeable and was all about the service and products, she put all my information in a binder with rooms, explained the paint stamp cards program and that the cards are my property, not the stores, gave me contact information for head office and St Jacobs. The store was bright, spacious, well stocked, you could easily turn your cart in the isle, I had several staff in various departments approach me and offer assistance, the cashier's were cheerful and sent me off on a very positive note, wish me a great day. Thanks to the owners, management and staff for such a positive customer service experience. I have my new hardware store.

Others are unfriendly and unequipped to provide any assistance. The store seems to be going downhill over the last few years. The store was somewhat clean and the stock was okay.
H	Heather Van Dorp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to build a deck, but we were told we had to deal with the guy that designed the deck, as soon as we get the blue prints that guy quits. Then we had to deal with other people and we are up to 10 things they missed or gave wrong. The biggest thing is they forgot to add stairs to the deck, some railing some boards, some wood, etc. We have gone to Hone depo to get other things and then some other stuff had to go back to home hardware for more stuff they messed up. We are not finished yet and still finding more mistakes they forgot. We have to pay full price for there mistakes.
