★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved from Waterloo where I could down to my trusted local parts source and they would scan my check engine light for me with their OBD Scan Tool. Guess what this store doesn’t do it. Thought it was a chain wide thing they offer to all customers anywhere there is a store. Guess Not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to a parts store and had them tell me I dont know what you need but this might work. Didnt ask any questions about the vehicle and then sold us something we didnt need. never will I go back other than to return the wrong tools

I realize it was a holiday but when you call 20 minutes before closing and again 3 times beforehand with no response, bad for business. I ended up going to Batteries are us and in hindsight am glad you don't answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the with the intent to purchase a couple of items from the Woodstock store.
Tried to strike a conversation , dont know if he misunderstood me but I was called creepy.
A slip of the tongue is forgivable but when it come without even a small acknowledgement or even an opps, especially coming from the "Manager" even that's questionable....he needs some more training in customer service. There goes another customer to a rude staff member.
