Never, ever, ever buy anything from home depot on line. They are quick to take your money and if you decide to send it back , you may never see your refund. I have been waiting for more than two weeks.

Exactly what you'd expect in products, plus they have great customer service. I've never had an issue finding someone to help, whether to find something or give me tips on a project. I recommend home depot over other options.

We checked on Halloween decorations, unfortunately not so much this year, I guess COVID affected ? But we liked it anyway and there was a great display to do pictures!

Purchased a Fridge and Stove from Home Depot. The fridge was back ordered which is no fault of Home Depot and isn’t the reason for the bad review. One of the extra services we paid for was to have the gas range hooked up properly on arrival. Well delivery guys came and delivered appliances, ended up with a tiny ding near the back side of the fridge… again not the end of the world but a bit disappointing as our $2000 fridge already has damage before first use. They took a picture and said someone would call within 2 hours to rectify the damage either replace fridge or compensate… no call 2 days later… oh but it gets better. Gas range has been sitting in the middle of the kitchen not installed for so far 2 days with no connection date. I called Home Depot and of course they take the payment but it’s out of there hands so call another 1-800 number.. guy on the other line seemed somewhat helpful and sympathetic. He tells me oh yeah there is an open work order for the hook up and contacts someone else as he had me on the line.. tells me that the installer would call… well well well to my surprise I yet to receive a call for the damage or the hookup.. if I knew that this is how Home Depot handled installation I wouldn’t have wasted my time and just called a local gas tech. Now we have 4 elderly people in a house with no stove to cook, a damaged fridge and no answers from Home Depot… excellent service guys!! Would not recommend them to anyone maybe try your luck at Lowe’s… **UPDATE** Went in to Home Depot and received a refund for installation services without problem. They couldn’t help with the damage but as previously mentioned in original review it really wasn’t the end of the world. I left the review at 4 stars due to the unnecessary aggravation and foot work required to get this resolved. Also the Home Depot private DM never answered back either, so there is that… **UPDATE 2** Home Depot went above and beyond in rectifying the situation! Update to 5 stars!

Well, i have visited many home depot before but I like this location more due to the fact that employees working here are very helpful, co-operative and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and inventory are well maintained. I recommend to visit this place if you are looking for great help regarding products and your project.

The Woodstock Home Depot associates have always been very helpful with the exception of one or two of them. Very well maintained. Today I needed assistance with some lumber and Nate was extremely helpful. He was genuinely pleasant and had exceptional customer care skills. Thank you Nate!!

Tons of helpful associates. Large facility, there is no doubt you will find what you are looking for here. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of check outs and space for all the Karen's out there to have there 3 meters. You are required to wear a mask and follow whatever crazy government antics we have for restrictions this week.

Not impressed by our item a Snow shovel which arrived today with a nice size ripped hole in the box Regardless of where it was shipped and who delivers it, damage should not of occurred. Items are not cheap to begin with. Disappointed in your lack of customer service Will be returning product as it definitely looks like it was a returned item and Home Depot shipped the item to a new customer, without even checking the item out.
