★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Bought this a Big Red Torin Farm Jack to lift out fence posts when they get in the way of my stump grinder. Most of the time it sits in the drawer of my truck and pulled out maybe 2 times per month.
The whole lifting foot snapped off l last week, I just brought it back to TSC in Woodstock, “no receipt no help!” Needless to say if you are actually going to use this jack for something that might be able to crush you are something that requires safety it is not likely the jack you are looking for. I’m still waiting to hear back from torin however at the same time I have done a little bit of research on line, and it looks like this is all to common. Just be careful!!!!!
Seems strange that TSC had no way to try and get warranty, I would imagine them to be a worth-while customer for Torin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a low find luck at this location. From nuts and bolts to plumbing to farm supplies, it likely won't be there when I need it. Went to get mouse poison today and they wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't have a pesticide license. My days as a customer are done. Farm supplies will come from my local feed store, Sindens and hardware will come from Woodstock Hardware. Good bye Peavy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this to be the most disorganized experience I've seen lately. Well things are in I guess sections, those sections seem to make no sense. Very thankful I was only going in for bird seed and a door stop and I did get at least one of those things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff fall into 1 of 2 categories: Students who have no idea what they're selling, or 50+ year-old women who seem to hate their jobs. Occasional good deals, but be ready to sift through garbage-quality Chinese goods and over-priced branded items to find the gems. Customer service/staff intelligence is non-existent, take their advice at your own risk.
