As a busy professional with a hectic schedule and a toddler, I felt that I could leave the decisions to him and the entire Sacwal group without sacrificing quality. The materials were durable, the employees trustworthy and the responsiveness to my concerns was unparalleled. I had no problem allowing them access to my home when I was not home, and I was pleased with the cost considering the value. I would highly recommend Sacwal for your flooring needs, even on a tight schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff (Jack) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installation of my flooring and carpeting was executed promptly, with excellent precision and care. The installer was polite, courteous, and efficient. They also took great care to make sure that nothing was damaged during the process. The whole experience from selection to installation was seamless and every effort was made to accommodate my preferences.
I want to add another review for my most recent purchase., I ordered a piece of carpeting to be made into an area rug for my livingroom. The carpet was moderately expensive and I wanted the edges serged rather than bound. To my disappointment the rug was just delivered and the serving is stark white on a creamy coloured carpet. The stark white really stands out and does not really look that attractive. I assumed it would have been serged in a colour of thread that matched the carpet better. Everything else about the purchase was excellent....great service from Kiersten and Dwayne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyler and Eric installed my hardwood flooring-they were fast and paid attention to detail and seemed to work really well together. It looks amazing. They took great care removing the trim-no touch ups required!! Will definitely ask for them on my next project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently needed to replace a carpet immediately following a medical condition. The people at Sacwal could not have been more accommodating for me when I was in a tight spot. They checked with all their installers to see if one could fit in another job the next day and found one that could. They found product in their inventory that closely matched the existing. The carpet was replaced and the old stained carpet was removed from site within 24 hrs. This was a difficult time for our family and having this replaced before family flying in could see it meant the world to me. The installer was very friendly and efficient. I was willing to help in any way I could to facilitate the switch but no help was needed. I am very grateful to everyone involved in helping me out. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had LVP flooring installed though out our entire main floor. The staff were very helpful with assisting in our choice of flooring, colour and pattern.
Couldn’t be happier with our installer Jordan. We had some areas that required levelling and transitioning to existing tile work and he did an amazing job. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and TIDY.

The shining stars were definitely the installation team Tyler and Eric. These guys were next level. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship and professionalism was top knotch. Not to mention they were extremely personable and enjoyable to have around all week. They went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out great. Floors look great.
