When they came out to price the instal, they were exorbitantly high. We went into carpet one to get a second opinion. We had trouble finding the product that we wanted, as we already had our hearts set on the one from the other store. The staff in store was very helpful and we were able to find a floor we love (that actually ended up being cheaper:). The installation was quoted at approximately 16% of the other place. Gerard was our installer, and we couldn't have been happier with the quality and professionalism of the install. Over all we had an excellent experience. When we went to do new carpet in our basement this year, we didn't even bother to shop around, we knew exactly where to go, and they didn't disappoint! I wish all businesses were this easy to deal with.

All of the employees that we dealt with were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The two installers were fantastic! (Gerard and Brent). They worked so well as a team and were professional, efficient, humorous and happy all the while of completing the install. Woodstock Carpet One’s pricing was also better than their competitors. No hesitation on dealing with them again!

He also made sure to take extra care when moving the appliances so the floors didn't get damaged. He also made a suggestion for a transition piece to match with our existing hardwood floors and it really looks great. We couldn't be happier with the service from Carpet One.

You can work with them on a design and they can bring it all together for a great result! They will even take care of installation if your not that handy! I highly reccomend the Carpet One Team!

The service was amazing right from walking into the store, for the quote, and to the installation. Wow Gerrard, our installer was amazing. He went above and beyond. Was so helpful, very careful, and cleaned up everything after he was done and was a pleasure to talk to. Fabulous job!!! I would highly recommend Carpet One. We will definitely be doing business with again.
