My requirements were for special needs and required to be delivered that day, Florence expertise had a mattress at our door within 1 hr and and another trip later in the day to exchange the box spring as we needed a less high box, further more we determined it was still too high, and the following morning another delivery! we are all set now thanks so much jim

You'll find better deals on the best brands here than at the box store, and the knowledgeable sales ladies are experts on beds. I've purchased my last 2 beds (just recently and 10 years prior) from the same store and had stellar experiences during the sales process and afterwards. There's nowhere else I would send a family or friend to shop for a new bed.

She was so kind and patient when answering my many questions, buying a mattress can be very stressful, at least it is for me. Her attitude and obvious caring for clients convinced me to purchase at Mattress Brands. At the store she displayed the same amazing customer care. Her knowledge of the different mattresses impressed my husband and me a lot. We soon had a mattress picked out and then she explained the available mattress covers to us. The mattress cover was no charge another plus. THANK YOU FLORENCE! The delivery went smoothly. The delivery men were fast! They took away mattress, boxspring and memory foam topper all at no extra charge. The mattress is comfortable, after only two nights on it we feel it is right for us. I would have liked a thinner mattress, this one is 14" and heavy, but my husband has arthritis and needs a high bed to get in and out of. The one thing I don't like is that the boxspring shows below our duvet and it is black. Do not hesitate to purchase your mattress at Mattress Brands, I am sure your experience will be top notch also. Many thanks to all involved.

The customer service went well beyond the sale, as I ran into some issues with my bed frame, and she was able to identify my issue and made the right recommendation to my bed frame manufacturer.

Upon arrival there is not a single price marked down rather sales person wanting to follow me around the store and decide what percent off each mattress is as we look at them. Do not get tricked into paying what you look like they can get out of you. Go elsewhere for your mattress needs

What I liked about my experience with Mattress Brands, is that Florence listened, she asked questions about my needs and had me try different styles of firmness. I was able to make a choice based on comfort, what I liked, wanted, and needed. The delivery was quick and professional. I soon after sent some Email inquires about wanting another purchase.
