My last experience was today and the consistency of customer service is excellent! I usually have Tyler assist me, today it was Jazz. The product knowledge, the professionalism and able to provide options to me have always gave me a high satisfaction of what I have purchased. The office team are very efficient and able to provide me information when I require it. From the Frontline to the delivery team, they all have great customer care!
H	Harry Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience has been great for the last 7 years we have been dealing with them , but definitely a let down once it comes down to a problem with a product. My parents had purchased a bedroom set plus 2 “ultra hard” mattresses and after delivery and we set everything up the mattresses were definitely not hard, they felt ultra soft and your back literally sinks down , they sent someone to take measurements and the measurements and they turned out within spec, in my opinion though the measurements are spec that does NOT prove that the inside of the mattress is fine , they just take measurements but they do not lay on the mattress to see how it reacts to weight which is the main concern here , so further due I also understand that The Leon’s store has a protocol to follow , but when I spoke to customer services , the lady would not answer my specific questions like “if it’s described a ultra firm mattress should the mattress sink down?” She just circles around my questions as I’m sure she is trained to do, not once she made me feel that she understands what I’m trying to explain to her. I’m not against the protocol she has to follow, but I’m totally against her not making me feel that what I’m trying to explain and say is also justifiable. Out of the 7 years and the thousands me and my family has spent , this was the first time we had a problem and though we were confident that At least the store them selfs would help they have left us stranded and to deal with the company of the mattress on our own. It was less than a month we started the claim with Leon’s.

Delivery drivers were great, very careful and also gave me a great tip for sizing my bed frame to the new bed properly. I'm super happy with my purchase and the service I received

This experience was by far my best at this location due to the knowledge he provided. Unfortunately, due to Covid we were not able to get the first one on our choice list but Shawn happily guided us to a floor model that he was willing to discount and pick up the following day. Due to Shawn’s attention to detail and motivation on our situation, I will for sure return to this location for future furniture!

We had to reschedule our pick up date multiple times due to extenuating circumstances and they were extremely understanding and accommodating every time. When we picked up our furniture, they helped load it in the car and every time we called they were extremely friendly on the phone. In addition to their customer service, they also took the time to write us a personalized, hand written thank you card to express their appreciation for our business. We definitely intend on doing business with Leon’s furniture Woodstock, again, in the future.

I love my sofa bed and very comfortable not to firm and not to soft. The fabric feels great. Great delivery service the guys were friendly and pleasant to talk with.
