Sold defective out of the box headphones, they refuse to do an exchange due to covid policy, however they will do returns and exchanges on other products, no other store that i could find has this policy. The manager of this location told me she would lose her job if she made an exception, if this is the case then Staples needs to rethink how they treat their staff and customers. Following policy to the detriment of the customer is terrible customer service. I will not be shopping here ever again regardless of the outcome, I will encourage my friends and family to do the same, and I encourage you to do the same. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Had gone to telus to buy a new charger and was informed they only had a 10ft cord for 50$. I declined so was told to try Staples. I received great service from a young man and purchased a 6ft cord for 25$. Good service, good price. I'm happy

I always find what I want. While waiting in line I had two people ask if I needed help with anything. Great store.

In store service has been great. Online terrible. Placed an order December 30th that said would be delivered December 31st. Never showed up. Trying to do online tracking but that doesn't work. Emailed several times and finally got an answer on January 8th. Said it had been delivered, it was not. Called this morning and they're "opening an investigation" and I'll hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. They can do nothing about getting me my missing order. Not impressed.

I went into buy a new laptop. I knew the model and make but after about 15 minutes of getting no customer service I left. I bought a better one for the same price at best-buy. Had problems there too, returned it as I was told I could in under 30 days…only cost me 200 bucks for a week……ugggg
