And continued to be rude to her when she asked to use the washroom. They also gave us attitude for not knowing the process of mobile pick up when we came through the drive thru. You’re on a major highway with tourists coming through, no one knows or needs to be taught your processes. Be friendlier and more understanding of that.

But.... this location only seems to struggle more as the past couple years have dragged on. Long wait times in the drive through have only gotten longer (expect to wait 15 - 20 minutes minimum). The catalyst was today. Ordered 3 dark roast coffees. Was told "we don't have dark roast". So I ordered 3 medium roast coffees instead to which. Was told "we don't have that either, but you can get an Americano which is basically the exact same thing." If I wasn't stuck in the drive through I would have just left but alas I there was nowhere to go. FYI Starbucks team member... An Americano is NOT "basically the exact same thing" as a drip coffee.

I was inspired to leave a review after this experience specific though, as I have been having an absymal week and the workers were just... They really made my day, and I can't thank them enough. Also try the passion tango tea in the refreshers it's BOMB
