With her calmness, enthusiasm and logical thinking, she helped us figure out how to make our dream home a reality. Darlene if you decide on a career change, you’d be a wonderful life coach. Also Dave with the custom blinds. Having them installed before we moved in and exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much. Thank you so much for your help in making a dream come true. We love how all the floors, wood, tile and backsplash turned out. It was a pleasure working with you and we know where we will go for any future needs.
L	Leah Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying another flooring store in the area and receiving poor service that made me feel like I was a burden, I took a sample I liked into Flooring Creations and the showroom staff was incredibly helpful and efficient in finding me exactly what I needed. They were quick in sending someone out for measurements and a quote and everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. We even had a strange situation after the floor was installed and both the installer and the Owner at Flooring Creations we exceptional in helping us solve the problem. I would most definitely recommend this store and use them again in the future!

We are in a brand new home and there are raised lines and bubbling on our vinyl floor all through the kitchen and dining area from the sub flooring underneath showing through. Warren and his suppliers came to look at it, but unfortunately no one is being professional or will take responsibility for it, Warren tells us "IT IS WAS IT IS" You think they would fix it since we were told a house around the corner had the same problem and they fixed that. Now everyday we get to look see these lines and be reminded that we will never buy or recommend this place. Buyers beware! And this review "it is what it is"

Our floor was installed in our new build and unfortunately had a manufacturers defect- when brought to Flooring Creation's attention they rectified the situation in a professional manner. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.
