I didn’t have too much time to search for things so she helped me buying appropriate items from different departments. I felt woodstock store of Walmart is little costly compare to other store otherwise I like the customer care associate’s very friendly & humble.

Every time I go to self check out I always get harrased by Ruby and her co worker. It has been going on for more than a year now. When I go in with my family she doesn't say anything too me. They know who they are and they constantly are touching my groceries (especially during covid!!!!)and as soon as I get there before I can even finishing scanning they are up in my face asking if I scanned certain things. Its really sad as a customer that I have to find out when they are working so I can avoid them. I have social anxiety as it is and its just disappointing that the only place too really shop in a small town is being ran by toxic people.

Pricing and availability of products seems to be quite good, although there have been a few sharp jabs in price over the last month or so. Still, I find pretty much everything I need in one place.
T	Tibbett 39 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well decided we would try out the pickup service they offer as we were running short of time today. They gave us a designated time slot to show up at and so we did. We got there and gave them all the info they needed and everything like that. They didn't have everything we needed even though they've never been out of these items before like EVER, and continued to tell us it'll be another half hour even though we showed up for our set time. Itd have been quicker to just grab our own groceries. What a waste of time. Incredibly disappointing.
L	L X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person working at the photo centre last weekend somehow triple charged me for 16 5x7 photos. I didn’t realize until I walked out of the store because I purchased other items with my photos. When I went to customer service they gave me a pretty hard time about this issue even though I had the kiosk receipt which reflected the price I should’ve been charged. I was refunded in the end but told to go back to the photo centre so they can explain what happened. When I went back to the photo centre the person who originally rang us out was on break and the lady covering her break told us to take it up with the returns desk as we were incorrectly charged. Terrible experience for my first time using the photo center kiosk and I’m truly not understanding how we were overcharged on photos and why we couldn’t just pay at the kiosk to avoid all of this all together.
