R	Rick Gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kris I'm not impressed you have a sale on Prime Rib Roast Dec 22 to Dec 24. 3 Day sale. I show up at 8:45 am on Dec 23. Your SOLD OUT ! No limit and people hoarded. Who would have guessed that was going to happen. I guess not you ! This is the third time this year I have had this happen to me at your store and all three have been meat products. From now on your flyer will be the first flyer to hit the recycling bin and I'll shop elsewhere

The service is excellent, a phone call before your pick up time with any substitutions and also a list of your ordered items. Please continue this service it is wonder

S	Sammy Smibert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alot of they're merchandise is too overly priced on some items but one thing I'm impressed with is they're expectations when it comes to the cleanliness and doing there best to battle the pandemic by taking many precautions. Also I like how they stay open late until 10pm on weekdays which is a whole lot more convenient and also unexpected.
Z	Zach McGaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has went down hill and quick. I use to shop here and only here for my groceries. Now I take a 15 minute drive to Independent in Ingersoll. The selection of meat in the butcher area is terrible and has been for a long time. Rarely any fresh salads made in the salad section. Obviously understaffed to the point where there is usually only 1 till open and the self serve checkout lined up around the into the flower section. Staff your store and start offering quality food and products again. Not to mention Independent prices in Ingersoll are much better than your location.

Horrible customer service. only one cashier open out of a total of eight. the single cashier was obviously overwhelmed with the 30 people she had lined up. the poor lady was doing her very best and I appreciated that effort because shehad to put up with a bunch of irate customers with a bad . attitude it's not her fault the stores too cheap to pay for another employee and you'd think with it being the most expensive store in town they'd have figured out excellent customer service. we saw other employees looking and seeing that it was ridiculous and they would just not make eye contact and walk away. Not one of them stepped over to help went off to get a manager to help anything non-existent customer service. totally embarrassing for a store as large as theirs they had more employees working the deli than they did checking customers out of their store. unbelievable. last time I bother paying more money for less service what a shame
