★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LifeLabs initially posted the results on their website to view online and later they send me an E-mail stating that there has been changes made to my results and had remove my existing results. Wrote an E-mail to them and called the Customer care, the lady was unable to solve or answer to the problem. Later there was another call from British Columbia from a guy who did not even have patience to listen what the customer was saying though I repeated my full name twice on the phone call, agent disconnects the call. They lack Patience. They have the worst Customer Care Service Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never return! I will gladly make the drive to Ingersoll. Asked the lady if she could try a certain area first. Explained,that they always have success in this area, so to avoid extra poking could she please try. She proceeded to grumble and nag about my request. She then went ahead,and quite forcefully, jabbed me in the back of my wrist, not my hand, or arm. It was obvious she was not having a good day( or maybe she is just miserable), but when dealing with patients, one must have a professional demeanor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get blood work done for the first time (during COVID, of course). The phlebotomist was so lovely and helped me feel significantly less anxious. Everyone was spaced out well fitting with social distancing laws. Hand sanitizer was readily available. A good experience given the circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever, being disrespected and discriminated racially by "SABA" (i assume that was her name). Would not visit again and would happily make the drive to Ingersol.
She cribed about "these people" being fussy, just for asking what to fill in a form. Then she was complaining about coming in early in the morning and having to do so many tests. Well, if you are lazy and do not want to do your job, then maybe you should not be working.
We are new to canada and have felt such acceptance everywhere. But guess there are a few bad apples in every bunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had a positive experience at this lifelab. Everyone at this location is working so hard to keep everyone safe and not to mention through this extremely difficult time during the pandemic.
Just know others don't believe everything others might say. I am thankful for your dedicated service and you are all appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience overall was great. Staff is very respectful and friendly. The only thing stopping me from a 5 star rating was the lack of seating for seniors, anyone with disabilities or people who have difficulty standing for a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was very helpful and understanding. They even allowed me to be in the room while they took my daughters samples, as they could see how nervous she was.
Saba was the one who took our samples and was very gentle. Zero bruising. She even made the time to calm my daughter down before starting any of the procedures.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
