★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always received good service at Dulux. The employees are knowledgeable and have your best interests in mind when making product recommendations. I purchased spray paint and caulking during my last visit and the employees were helpful in distinguishing the different types of products that would be best for my personal needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service overall though a little uncertain in answering my novice painter questions. That being said we got the right colours, tools and supplies for the job and the 3 rooms we repainted turned out great. Took advantage of their BOGO offer at the time and was overall quite reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and clearly visible social distancing markings and precaution signage due to COVID. Restriction on number of ppl allowed in store always kept at a very small number since onset of pandemic. Very considerate and concerned for customers well being staff I have encountered every time I have shopped there. Keep up the awesome job!! More stores could follow the lead from DULUX as they seem impeccable where standards should be for all commercial businesses during this trying time.

Service was ok but felt like he should have steered us away from the cheapest rollers and brushes with a bit more honesty about how bad they were. Still, got everything we needed and he did a good job estimating how much paint we'd need for each room based on our descriptions and what we wanted to achieve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. we took a sample of what we thought was our paint(from the builder) and gave to them to match. We took home and wasn't the correct colour. Dulux replaced our 3 tins,at no cost to us, to the correct colour!!!!
