★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very helpful once you can find someone. Looking down isles there was a lot of stuff just laying around or a ladder being in the middle of everyone's way. It also took forever to find what we were looking for as they had moved a bunch of stuff from last time we visited this store. The employee even had a hard time finding anything.

The Home Depot is always a great stop. With many different options on many various items. If you've never been to a Home Depot definitely check one out and take a browse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. We moved to London just under a year ago and have relied a lot on Home Depot for materials. We also recently had our stove break down, which we had went to the store purchase a new one. The staff member (I believe her name was Emily) in the appliance section was fanominal. She helped us get the best deal on a glass top electric range on top of being incredibly friendly. [We are still waiting until May 31 to get the stove] but we waited over a year to get a fridge we had to settle for from CAS, so a month will be nothing compared to that. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Wonderland Road location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too understaffed. The staff were miserable and as a customer I could feel it. Picking out paint should be a joy, we go to home Depot for their expert advice. This visit most certainly was not a joy nor did we get any advice as the employee was worked off of her feet and had no time to be pleasant let alone give advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a ryobi top of the line lawn mower , it was missing the mulch plug for the back , returned everything got a new one , with the same issue mulch plug Missing why don’t the staff check to make sure all the parts are there ??? I will be returning this again it clearly states on the box mulch plug is included but both boxes it was missing pain in and annoying to carry it back heavy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a gazebo from Home Depot but of course mid way through putting it together, there was a part that didn't line up ( manufacturer issue ). Fit to be tied, I drove over to Home Depot with defective part and took it to the customer service desk. The gentleman at the service desk was very understanding and sympathetic to my concerns and called over another young gentleman who looked after gazebos.. Once again, he was very understanding, and resolved my problem by getting me a replacement part from another gazebo, which was exactly what I needed. Excellent , no-hassle customer service that was able to resolve my issue and left me leaving the store as a happy customer. Great job !
