★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a gluten free, sugar free cake and it tasted amazing. You wouldn't even know it was gluten free. They have a variety of flavours/designs and will accommodate any order. Will definitely order more in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first impression was not good. I cannot talk to the quality and price of the cakes because I only tried the individual fare behind the glass. If you're looking for value you will not get it here. The portions are small and the price is high. Seeing the high reviews I thought that the taste must be mind blowing. Alas, the cheesecake tasted like a teenager took a recipe on the internet, made a pie and then froze and thawed it. Some kind of industrial bucket strawberry jelly was dumped on top of questionable quality cheesecake mix and sold as high quality fodder. Nay, I cannot say I can recommend this shop but you may have a better experience than me.

Serena was not helpful at all, and acted like she was too busy to make a cake for us, and actually said she didn't need the business. There are much better places and much cheaper. Go somewhere else from the start as these people just wasted our time.
We went to Angelo's Bakery who did a fantastic job, did it quickly and professionally, provided a great customer experience, and at a fraction of the cost that we were quoted from this company.
Wow! Your response below is a clear indication of your poor attitude. And that poor attitude is also reflected in your response to every other negative review. Maybe you should take some of those reviews as honest customer experiences and use them as a learning tool to improve your business! Interesting that you say you need a weeks notice in your response below, yet it's not indicated anywhere on your web site or social media, and not what you told us.
No one threatened you with anything. After you told us you didn't really care about our business, you were told our review would reflect our experience, so now you can add lying to your bad customer service.
I have copies of the conversations if you'd like me to post them I'm happy to do that.
Unfortunately some companies get popular and let it go to their head, which is clearly the case here. They seem to be very full of themselves! Go somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is small far size very clean and lots of parking not very busy when I walk in on the 24th of February bought a birthday cake for my wife I Would had give five stars if the price was better, food here was insanely pricey so be aware of that! Service is friendly but when I enter there was no greeting at all. We enjoy the cake

We found their staff to be knowledgeable and amazing at their job. They worked with us collaboratively to come up with special cake designs that we had seen online and helped fit into our budget AND plan for the number of guests we were hosting.
Cakes were completed as promised and were extremely fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Side note: they also have many delicious looking baked goods on display, so I’ll likely be back well before we need another cake for a party!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a cake for our parent's 50th anniversary. They were helpful and friendly while taking the order and even delivered the cake to us. The cake itself was delicious and decorated nicely. Will definitely order again. Good luck with your Cambridge location opening!
