β β β β β I don't understand this place, they are one of the larger No Frills stores and have a decent selection, but it seems like they go out of their way to fill the aisles with their own staff, trollies, and cases of product during the busiest times of the day. This isn't an issue at most of the other city No Frills stores, so my guess is that the local owners decided not to have staff clock in early or stay late to stock shelves so they don't have to pay them overtime or for an extra shift. Anyway, it is a frustrating store to shop in and as a result I generally avoid it in favour of smaller No Frills stores.

β β β β β Most of the time this store has been great. Nice staff, clean and organized. A handful of times they haven't had great produce but that's not necessarily the fault of the store directly. Prices are decent still in these pandemic-driven times that are pushing prices of goods and services to all-time highs.

β β β β β I usually find what I need everytime I shop there. The prices are rising too but it's not as bad as other places. So far the shelves are mostly full.

β β β β β Not very helpful staff. Multiple check outs wouldn't accept my debit card, all I got was a blank look asking me if I had another debit card. Now I'm at metro, more expensive but at least their machines accept my debit card. Perhaps a procedure needs to be in place for instances like this

β β β β β It seemed bigger but really wasn't. Had a nice looking produce department, items were not too much different though. Got what I needed so that is what matters.

β β β β β Go after 6pm and it's not as crazy. More recently I am finding things are not in stock and it's not just now and again, it's every week. The staff do their best though. Watch out, some check out servers throw your food. There is a wash room at the back left of the store (just past the milk).

β β β β β Used self checkout, couldnβt find help to get bags, found 2 bags after I paid, then was forced to pay 11cents on a separate bill, then bag broke on my way out of store and was only watched as I had to pick up my groceries from the floor and under food cabinets. I will never get groceries there again, bad experience, , bad treatment. Good thing Iβm not a Karen!

β β β β β No customer service. Staff knows nothing on the weekends. We were there the Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend in the afternoon. They only had 2 registers open and 2 lines of probably 50 people waiting. I stop an employee and asked if he could jump on cash (as we always did when I worked retail). He said he canβt. I asked if he could ask the manager to open more registers. He said he didnβt think there was a manager there that day. I asked him if he could check and he said βI donβt knowβ and walked away. We stood in line for another 25 minutes and never saw him again.
