★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice little place to go to buy all the regular Indian goodies. Lots of spices and rice to choose from. Lots of sweets and frozen items as well and they have a butcher shop in the back...very convenient to get everything u need for a meal in one place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and Beef quality are both very good. I order the meat before I leave from Sarnia and find it ready when I get there. A little wait some times but mostly in time. Kids get there halal candies they love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff who doesn't know how to treat customers. They don't show the name of the items on the receipt and charge whatever price they want to charge. They take advantage of your trust especially if you speak the same language. The staff doesn't coordinate with each other at all and plays the blame game. They try to give you more meat than you asked for to take extra money. The other day they charged me for 1.5k beef and only gave 0.5 kg and when I confronted them they started blaming me and didn't accept their mistake. Should be avoided at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff here are friendly. people complain about the price but they don't realize how everything is going up. At different grocery stores that have brown staff always keep an eye on me but people here at desi point respected me as their own and keep a friendly attitude. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys need a lesson in business ethics and consumer rights. I fail to understand how they are still in business & why people are entertaining their tantrums. These guys need to be reported to Consumer Protection Ontario. Avoid this location unless you are desperate.
