Unprofessional savage owner In store who has no clue about the meat and when asked about the meat, he replied I have to take whatever he gives me.Also, I asked him to wear a mask and he replied, he have a medical condition. But I noticed, other staff was also not wearing mask. I reported to the city hope they will do something about it. Terrible experience

Best middle eastern grocery store in London! Staff are nice and helpful. Also, they always have everything available.

Rude customer service. The boy serving on 04/18/2022 @. 12:28 throw the meat on the table. When I asked him why he is throwing rude answer. He looked like he didn’t want to work.

My wife was in your store this Sunday Dec-5-2021. A person attended wearing NO MASK with label saying he is not wearing because of medical condition. Okay wear a face covering at least. My wife asked him meat and asked to have them in small pieces and he was very rude and said 'I KNOW MY JOB'. The same person last Sunday I was in and asked for meat and chicken, he was very rude and in front of customers, he told "BROTHER HERE AFTER ON SUNDAY CALL AND COME. I'M ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AND VERY BUSY". BUT TO THE OTHER PERSON HE SPOKE NICE IN ARABIC. WHY? THAT IS NOT THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS WHO GIVE YOU BUSINESS. VERY BAD AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR. ______________________________________________________________________ Your explanation makes no sense. All I ask is to respect the customers who come to your store. I have seen your copy and paste comments to customers who say you are rude. it is "short in staff". That does not give you any rights to speak like that to any customers. We only asked for small pieces. There was no need to say "I know my job". I can take pictures and put here the pieces you cut with so much of fat. But this argument will never end. Your meat has been the best. We have been there for 5 years and never had any issue. I've seen many leave the place and get another job. If you are busy on Sunday to take customers request, how are you going to have time to answer the call? My wife felt very hurt and was very much disturbed that Sunday. She was literally in tears. The reason I sent her was you were rude to me. So what if you answer her question twice? did you loose anything answering her question once more? YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO BE RUDE TO MY WIFE OR ANY CUSTOMER S FOR THAT. YOU MAY HAVE THE BEST MEAT BUT IF WE DONT GET SELF RESPECT, THEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MEAT.

The biggest unreasonable priik owner I ever met. Was in store without a mask neither were any of the employees. I guess they only hire people with health issues regarding masks only. Went in to buy meat today. I asked what kind he has and price? He said two kinds. I asked which one is better with more fat content. Started becoming a loon and said haven’t you brought meat before and what a silly question don’t know what to buy. I said no first time. then he walks away and said I only have one kind of meat. All this talk for nothing. 1

Variety of food and halal meat, and organized, but you don’t pay the prices as marked on shelves, I was charged almost double of the marked price, when I reached home and checked the bell, I was shocked, I called the shop he was ready for refunds but he was rude by saying: I am busy and I have no time to spend for talking. Check your stuffs and the price you charged for before you leave. Lots of free parking.

A great find to locate hard to find products. Things that aren't necessarily carried in the standard grocery store or the go to Asian market for hard to find items, Aladdin's food may have it! I found my hard to find items I needed. Not a lot of stock that is gluten free. Staff were pleasant and friendly to answer questions.
