Strictly Residential Professional Painting Services

The first time we used Strictly Residential was two years ago when we first moved to London. At that time we picked the company mainly because of its name. I mean who wouldn't? It gives the aura of a specialist who chooses to restrict its services to homeowners like us. We were completely impressed by the job. The employees were not only totally competent but friendly and they left our house spotlessly clean. Last month we had occasion to use a painting company again when our contractor (who was renovating a bathroom) caused a leak, which damaged the textured ceiling below. What a mess! Brett explained that it would be impossible to match the texture 100% as it had been done years sgo when methods were different, so we knew we had a challenge on our hands. Brittany showed up to do the job (we knew we'd have to repaint the entire ceiling not just the damaged area if we wanted a true colour match). But it was Todd (one of the owners) who took on the job of trying to match the newly applied texture of the damaged area to the existing texture on the rest of the ceiling. His first attempt was not a great success and that evening I called Brett to let him know that the repaired area was obvious. The next morning Todd and Brittany showed up again. Todd was furious at the damaged area. It was as if it was his own livingroom and he took it personally. He actually scowled at his own work. He tried another method. This time it looked great . . . but it had looked great the day before when he first finished. It wasn't until it dried that the repair stuck out like a sore thumb. We all waited for the newly re-repaired ceiling to dry and then I called Brett to tell him that Todd's work had been a success. Even though I knew where to look for the repair, I couldn't see it. We had achieved 100% even though it was not possible. Now that's the kind of painting company you want to have in your rolodex, or bookmarks. And by the way, Britanny's work was superb as well. She went that extra mile to repair the knot holes that had bugged me for two years.I can't imagine using any other painting company. Ever. If you try them, I'm sure you'll feel the same way. Six stars at least.

Highly recommend Strictly Residential Professional Painting Services. Did a great job for us on removing popcorn ceilings, repainted the ceilings as well as our walls & trim. Crew were good guys, very neat & professional - we had nothing to clean up after they were done. Brett (owner) said it would take 3 to 4 days & they were down in 3 1/2.
