Towel section was an absolute disaster. Store its self was decent and organized, pricing labels were wrong on some items. Seems like they were understaffed.

We are redecorating the house. Not much else to do thanks to Covid. We just keep finding what we want there. The staff are great. I always find new things that I like.

DON'T ORDER GOOGLE NEST HUB MAX ONLINE ON BBB! I don't even know where to begin! This all started on 24th Dec when I chose Bed Bath & Beyond to make a purchase of the Google Nest Hub Max hub online during the boxing week. There was an offer from Google on this product and it was available at 199$ not just in BBB but Best buy & whole other retailers but unfortunately, I chose BBB & regret this decision till today. My utterly painful experience with BBB began as I got a confirmation for the order & I kept waiting for the delivery. On Jan 3rd, I received an email from BBB saying that my order was canceled as the product was out of stock. These were supposed to be new year gift ? By that time, the boxing week sale was over & this product was no longer available at the offer price. I contacted customer support & they mentioned that the product is out of stock & they wouldn't know when the product would be back in stock again. The worst part is, online the product was still showing as available in stock & has been allowing customers to make a purchase. I stressed this several times & was told that it would be addressed but till date it doesn't seem to have been. I kept contacting customer support several times because of the manner in which my order was canceled & eventuality I was offered the product at the same price whenever it is back in stock. Now it was left to me to keep track of when the product was in stock to make an order again so I kept visiting the website several times & every single time it was showing up as in stock & available for purchase. After the horrible experience I went through so far, I couldn't dare to make another order again so kept reaching out to customer service prior to making an order & was kept being told that the product is out of stock! Every single time I called the customer service, I had to spend an hour or more just to get through the part of explaining my case & trying to figure out whether the product is actually in stock or not only to be told again & again that it is not in stock. I might have reached out to BBB's customer service probably over 11 times by now & every single time I would end up being more frustrated than ever with the way BBB is handling its customers & their orders. Each time I was being told that I would receive an update regarding my case & the customer service representative show to have been touched by this horrendous experience & assure that they would take this on a personal interest but till date not a single email from anyone other than the utterly wasteful promotional emails that BBB keeps spamming with ? I had been ever so polite & patient but till date none of the concerns have been addressed. If your products are in stock your luck, else this is the way it's being handled ? This by far means has been the worst retailer & customer experience I've ever had and would never suggest anyone to purchase products online with BBB ? I'm sure there are other customers these frustrating & horrendous experiences facing as the website continues to show products as available though they are not! BBB doesn't care the heck about customers!!!

I can't tell you about the Next Hub Max product because I haven't received it. No phone call or email to say it wouldn't shipped by the expected time. Waited until after it was supposed to be here and when I checked the order status it still said processing with the exact same shipping date as originally promised. I called to get a refund and was told that because I paid half the order with a gift card I'd have to sign up for an account to get my gift card money refunded. I'm not jumping through hoops to get my own money back, this is ridiculous. Told them to forget and now I'm stuck waiting and hoping the product will come someday. Checked googles site to see how long it would take to get the Hub Max from them and they would have it to me tomorrow. Not a good impression for a first purchase from Bed Bath & Beyond. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Very bad experience with shipping for online ordered item. Initially, the carrier (FedEx)did not pick the item. Upon calling the customer care, another replacement order was placed which is estimated to be delivered after 2 weeks. Really, frustrating and not reliable.

Store was quiet, very little stock, lots of staff yet they still could keep their goods priced right. Thought I was buying a bed set at $159 ended up being $215. Was so gutted but they had so few in queen size.

Oh my God the customer service is sooo bad!!! I placed an order for same day delivery and didn't realize that I didn't put in my apartment number. I called the customer service line first to see if I could get it added. They told me to call the store to see if anything could be done. I called the store where the lady who took the call was so rude about it and kept cutting me off while I spoke. At the end, I said thank you (even though she didn't help me at all) and she said, K BYE and hung up. I swear I wasn't rude at all, I was more so worried and just trying to reach the right person and this is how their employees behave with their customers.

I recently bought an item online for in-store pick up, but neglected to confirm dimensions of the product. When I saw it in-person, I realised my mistake and told the cashier I no longer wanted it and to return the item (since I had already paid for it online). The cashier eventually processed the return, but my issue with this store came when I was told the refund could only be given back in the form of in-store credit. I've never liked this practice, especially when the item hadn't left the cashier area of the store and had barely been handled. Lots of great items here, but at higher prices than most. This experience didn't make me want to try shopping here again if I could help it.
