β β β β β I always have a positive experience while shopping here. I love TBS in general and think their products are amazing so would shop here regardless, but this location has excellent customer service. The employees are knowledgable when answering your questions but don't shadow you while you shop (which has been my experience at the Masonville location). It's the perfect balance. This store is also a little larger than the Masonville one and feels less crowded.

β β β β β My favorite.....satsuma and mango body yogurt! I am highly sensitive to perfume however these 2 sents do not bother me at all. Very light and not overpowering. Highly recommend it.

β β β β β Staff was pushy - I have been using their products for almost 20 years for acne control, but my first interaction (even before a "hello") was them assuming I was wrong to choose the products I did, or didn't know what I actually wanted. It's sometimes hard enough as a guy going into these shops, it's even harder when the staff treats you like you're dumb because of your gender....
