★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stores closes at 7 pm on a Friday. At 6:50 the employees started telling everyone the store was closing. Five minutes went by and two more employees informed us they were closing. The employee said they just want to go home. Another employee asked two new customers if they could come back another time. Worst customer service I have ever had at this store hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority at H&M. I spent a great deal of time shopping each time I come here and am never as much as acknowledged despite making eye contact and actively seeking out staff. There’s an air of haughtiness in the employees, almost as though I don’t belong. In fact, the customers are saying hello to the staff instead of the other way around.
With regards to the clothing, it’s just uninspiring fast fashion. I’ve left both this location and the one in Masonville Mall wanting more. Many pieces I’ve bought from here are either already falling apart on the rack or do so after a few wears. They also recycle patterns a lot in very obvious ways. Just today I saw a backpack that is exactly the same as the one I bought 10 years ago, just in a different fabric.
I do give this location an additional star for cleanliness (even though it was Monday which is seldom a busy business day for retailers).
I used to spend a lot of time and money at H&M, but now I will look to other retailers for fashion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute store. Layout is a little weird, with there being different areas. The back of the store is where the children's area is and there were zero workers back there. When reentering the woman's section, I still could not find a sales rep. The only individual I saw was at the til. One worker. Nothing overly grabbed my attention but we did buy a tshirt for my teen daughter.
