I had problem my Rode mics . Today I visited the store to exchange it, but I passed the returning date. I was so worried about mics as it was for more than $400…Luckily there was a girl at customer service desk named. ALEX. She was too good and understood my entire situation and exchanged it… I will give her 5/5 stars for an amazing customer service.. thank you

This review has nothing to do with the store and simply 1 employee, his name tag said Mike E and he hands down is the only reason I would go back to this location. He was helping people so quickly and efficiently, friendly and nice, took time to listen and just a super nice guy and knowledgeable. Give this dude a raise and a promotion, he deserves it.

I was looking for a laptop and confused between 2-3 which were under my budget. So first I went to best buy which is near to mason ville mall. I put my concerns and requirements but I guess the person who was assisting had no clear knowledge about the laptops. So I went to buy a specific laptop which I had already decided after research, at best buy which is at wellington. Shams was there and I just told him that I want to buy this laptop as I wasn't expecting any assistance due to my previous experience. However, he asked me certain questions and then I realized he was trying to help me to buy the best laptop under my budget. Then he made me understand everything including store policy and cleared my all of the doubts. Not only he helped me but I got a good discount on my purchase and being a student nothing makes you more happy than this. He was outstanding and I very much enjoyed him and his assistance. I was greeted warmly when I got to the store and when I left. I am very pleased with my visit and can't imagine receiving better service. I am 1 week late to write this review but Shams if you are reading this, then I specially want to say thank you so much :))))) .

Delivery didn’t happen in the allocated time slot. Contractor refused to install appliances citing he’s a rookie. Paid for installation of appliances but they are just sitting dead. Sales store eager to sell installation and paid additional warranty, but nothing to provide service to customer. Was on phone almost for 3 hour but no to avail. Deserve 0 star. Don’t know this store is particularly bad or Best Buy in general is.

Wow is all I can Say! The Most Amazing service I have ever experienced. Not only did they help in every and any part of our shopping experience they guided us to exactly what we wanted. They helped us so much!! I highly highly recommend best buy for any and all electronic needs! Ethan Markus Jon and Manny!! Go find one of them the next time you are in!!!

This location is terrible... I broke my laptop; so geek squad shipped it out with 100$ down payment. One of the employees; Adrian, told me I would recieve 100$ off a new laptop IF my old one was shipped back and unable to be fixed. I returned to pick up my old laptop and pick out a new one. One of the geek squad members wouldn't even listen and kept cutting me off saying I would not receive 100$ off and was very rude. I got upset and walked away because he would not listen! I picked out a new one and didn't get a discount at all.. it was not cheap. Then I was redirected back over to geek squad with my new laptop.. so they could update it and add apps. They said I could go back and pick it up today.. but i haven't heard anything. I payed 1400$ for this new laptop and it's high end. They haven't contacted me and told me it was finished or anything.. I can't even reach the department. I will never go back to this best buy ever again!!

We had been trying to get our TV replaced under the manufacturer warranty for months. We went into BestBuy south and spoke to one of the managers who was able to help us out. Their customer service was excellent. Highly suggest purchasing from this location, you can tell they care about their customers.

The store has got a wide variety of electronic stuff and the prices are good... The service from the staff was also really good ...... But I believe that pricing 10$ to apply a screenguard on a phone is not affordable..... Well it's just my personal opinion.....
