★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. The only reason I did not give five stars is because on more than one occasion I walk around looking at items and I end up having to go find a sales associate myself instead of them approaching me. However, Once I have their attention they are great to work with.

Thank you for putting up with our indecisiveness and getting us the best deals. We greatly appreciate all your help this past weekend and couldn't of done it without you! We cannot wait for our furniture to arrive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not super thrilled with this place. Didn't seem to have a good handle on the pandemic two years in. More sales associates than customers. Went to get something and thought it would take 15 minutes, ended up taking close to an hour and a half. Anyway the things we got seem good and well priced so it's not all bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with after sales service! No doubt products are good quality and best price. Lots of furniture and appliances bought from London store. But in my last purchase I am not happy with service. Sales person did not provide accurate information and keep giving wrong pricing. Despite clear communication in email sales person keep charging higher then agreed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience buying a mattress. There were lots of options at various price points and the sales person listened and saved us time. I feel we got the product that we wanted at a fair price. We shopped around a bit and felt very confident in our purchase.

Hailey C. also helped us out in the outlet section of the store and was just the sweetest. She made my shopping experience one that I will always remember. she wasn't just a sales person... but was down to to earth and made me feel welcomed.. I loved her pop of color with her outfit. She definitely stood out :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JUST HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE, 3 DELIVERY GUYS CAME INTO MY HOME WITH SNOW AND SALT ON THEIR BOOTS, MY CARPETS DRENCHED FLOORS DRENCHED, WALLS SCRATCHED AND HOLES. DOOR HAS HOLE IN IT. WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND FIX THEM AND THIS IS SINCE FEBRUARY 4TH. TEPPERMANS DELIVERY MANGER TRIED TO GIVE ME $300.00 FOR THE DAMAGE AND I DID NOT ACCEPT BECAUSE THE DAMAGE IS MORE THAN THAT. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE PICTURES BELOW. BUYERS BEWARE.
