โ โ โ โ โ Many thanks to the owner Raul who helped make a tight delivery window work for us so we had furniture for a travel quarantine. Despite my typo in a phone number, he circled the wagons and made it happen. We are very grateful for his commitment to great customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ We had ordered Canadian made Jaymar sofas, chairs, a bed and a Trica bedroom suit and living room tables. An error happened in quoting and ordering a specific model for the sofas which was less expensive than our choice order. We had seen a while back an unsatisfied review for a similar problem and so we were not sure how this would turn out. Well the owner and salesman extra-ordinaire, Rawle, solved this issue quickly and professionally honouring his quoted price. He even let us use a floor model till the proper model came in so we wouldn't be without any living room seating. The reorder was rushed and arrived sooner than expected even with "covid time". We also purchased a desk and chair in white. When the white chair arrived and looked move ivory Rawle sent another "white" chair to compare and switch out when the delivery of other pieces arrived. It was still ivory so we were offered to reorder it in grey. We needed a matching white credenza and book shelf and again we were directed to the perfect white colour matching pieces even though from a different manufacturer. They know their stuff over there.
Can't help but be a satisfied customer when you shop at Modern Living London! The A Team delivery men were more than polite, knowledgeable on assembling the furniture and were extremely careful with the new pieces and our home. All tidied up by them before they left, not a paper or box left behind just a smile on our faces!

โ โ โ โ โ Wow! What cool Canadian made furniture and accessories! Great choices and superb customer service. Pricing is bang on, well worth the drive from Waterloo region to have choices and better pricing. Many Jaymar pieces to see on the floor. Owner is quite a help with colour and design style. We will make this our first choice to shop for our home!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing quality furniture, their sales rep Kobi was really great and very nice to work with. When they delivered my sectional, it went extremely well and they also wore foot protectors, to not ruin my new carpets. The delivery crew was fantastic! I highly recommend Modern Living London. Superb Service!

Our order was recently delivered, and that also went extremely well. The delivery team was very courteous and careful in our home. As well they put all the furniture together upon arrival.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed in our experience with Modern Living London. Our furniture took double the time that we were assured it would take, even though we switched to our third choice in fabric after Kobi, our sales representative checked that it was in stock. There was no communication that it was going to be late and would we like to switch back to our first choice of fabric because apparently our fabric wasnโt in stock. Had I not called at 8 weeks to check in, I doubt I would have heard that there was a delay. Each week or two after that I would call and talk to the owner, Rawle, who would brush me off with another story and the date kept getting later. Rawle was very difficult to deal with and lacks empathy when handling situations where a mistake may have been made; open communication and an apologetic tone go a long way when dealing with customers or people in general. We also received no warranty information or guidance on caring for our furniture, as well as no follow up after delivery to see if everything was okay. The feeling I got is that once they have your money, they donโt care anymore. The delivery team was amazing and very efficient. Our Stylus furniture is also very nice. There was a rip in the seam of one cushion but Iโve decided after the hassle of getting it here Iโm just going to sew it myself. Even though we love our furniture, would not shop at Modern Living in the future due to our customer service experience. If you are planning to purchase from this store my advice would be not to pay in full when ordering and check in a week after placing your order to be sure it in fact was ordered and your fabric choice was available.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
We ended up buying a chair from here and we love it!
