β β β β β Whoever you have as your customer service reps, should be out a job with the way they speak to customers. I called in to save myself from coming to the store inquiring about stock. The lady who came on the phone was extremely rude and it was such a task for her to go and check the isle for me. Came back snappy amd rude. I will not shop at this location, I will take the extra drive to the other location from now on.

β β β β β Always check online before heading to the store hard to find someone to assist you. They seem extremely busy walking around looking straight forward avoid customer interaction and doing nothing. Nice selection though good sales especially on plants end of season.

β β β β β Went in to purchase a propane tank. Was asked to wait outside by the tanks. Waited over 10 mins in the cold. When someone finally came out, she was rude. No greeting. No apology for the wait. Just shoved her hand out for the receipt for proof of purchase. Not exactly the best customer service.

β β β β β DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM HERE. My battery died in 6 months leaving me stranded. I had to have it replaced at a 3rd party garage and tried to return it to Canadian Tire. They would not honor the warranty. I am left with a 300 paperweight leaking battery acid. They are crooks and their warranty is worthless.

β β β β β The supervisor there (I wanna say Susan), went 110% above and beyond for me. I was so thrilled she was able to help me locate what I was looking for! After hours, the automotive section was closed and she was able to help me along with another associate. Helped me above and beyond. I'm so happy.

β β β β β On a busy Spring Sunday, Canadian Tire was packed. It was easy to get someone to help me find what I needed. There were also great deals on the clearance table. I had left my phone on a shelf inside after making my purchase and going to the car. Staff helped me find it. A++! Highly impressed with the staff!!!!

β β β β β Not sure who is responsible for inventory control, but I would strongly suggest that person to take some refresher courses. This location has a very bad habit of items showing in stock on line, but not available at the store.
Frustrating when you order online, receive an email that your items are ready.. show up, only to find an incomplete order.
Only posting this now as this is the 3rd time in the last year I have had this issue.
And as a follow up - I went in to the Canadian Tire store the following morning to see if I could find the 26" shovel that they could not... who would guessed that the shovel would be on the wall rack right where the website shows it should be. In and out of the store in 2 minutes...
