Extremely busy store. Not always a cart inside so pickup before you goto front door. Well organized except, long lineups to leave, which block the pharmacy and first 2 rows. Almost need someone to direct traffic both inside and outside.

Always happy going in, not so much coming out because my wallet is lighter. But my own fault..."some" items are cheaper in bulk. Not everything is worthwhile purchasing, but still enjoy shopping here.

Made the tire appointment for 10.30 am. Got promised that vehicle will be ready in 1 or 1.30 minutes maximum. The vehicle was taken in at 11.47 am. I had to go in and remind them about my vehicle still standing on the parking lot. Got my vehicle back at 1.07 pm. Total time..... 2 hours and 37 minutes. Nothing personal, just be responsible for your promises.

The assistant store manager Rob was very helpful. Had some issues with a warranty. Rob sorted it out very quickly. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone getting all appliances from Costco. No company can compare to the warranty program Costco has.

Friendly staff. Easy returns. Usually quite a busy place. Glad to see a change with the food concession at the exit... The stuff is finally letting simple orders served first to get them out of the area. Much better than having to wait for a family of six to get their pizza slices and fries heated while you wait for a hot dog. ? This location also desperately needs a Costco gas bar.

Have been a member here for a couple of decades. Have never had a bad experience with staff and efficiency. Five stars for that, three stars for recent experiences. Noticed that the last few visits, there has been a sales push to upgrade the basic membership to executive -- Either by asking to check your card by separate staff while paying or being told to go to membership desk to verify address. How many times do I need to say no??

My review is about accessibility. I have, to this day, never had an issue myself with accessibility. They are always welcoming, they ignore my service dog, but I want to focus on my most recent visit. I have Autism, and Christmas can be way too much for me. I try to avoid Costco around Christmas but I accidentally ran out of cat food. I gave them a call, and explained my situation to a manager (cannot recall his name, it was unique though!) and he had me in, paying, and out in under 5 minutes. Him and the cashier who helped me, saved me so much trouble that day and I am still thankful. I definitely would call this store accessible and safe if you have any disabilities.

This location is below average. I love Costco, and I have always had a very positive experience at the Burlington location, except for this club here in London. The customer service team is very skeptical and doesn't put satisfaction first. I went to return a Stainless steel BBQ that was four years old. Yes, four years, but hear me out. The reason for the return was that the stainless grills started to rust from the inside out. That started about eight months before I went to return the bbq. I told them I wasn't satisfied because the product was misleading as it wasn't fully stainless as advertised. The rest of the BBQ was in perfect shape; it was a shame that one part made the BBQ not useable. I even asked for just new grills to be replaced when I called corporate customer service. That was not possible, but I could return the grill to one of the clubs. I rented a van and went down to Costco here in London. At the club, the CSR manager said they could replace the grill or take the return. I told them that the National customer service number said to bring it in for a refund, and they even apologized for the rusting of the stainless steel grills. The manager still said no and even brought up well leather sofas aren't all leather, so it wasn't misleading. In the end, I was shocked at the service and the comments from the CSR manager. I left the BBQ with them because I wasn't going to cook on rusty grills. I felt like cancelling my membership right then and there because I wasn't satisfied, but I have had such a positive experience with other locations. Now I refuse to shop at this location because they don't respect their policies. Satisfaction Guarantee is not part of their policy at this London location, and be careful what you buy because it can be misleading, especially in their seasonal department. Go with names that you trust.
