W	William J Bertin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only downfall to this Canadian Tire in Ingersoll is the fact that it's so tiny. It's like being jammed in a sardine can. Otherwise the staff is always friendly and you can generally find what you need.

Was yold they dont take the paper money anymore , but when I google it, the sites all say the paper Canadaian Tire money is still usable.
a	amanda gadoury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving down the 401today and ended up blowing a tire. I managed to make my way to the Woodstock Canadian tire to see if I could get my tire fixed. However, when I got there they told me that they had no availability but will try calling to the Ingersoll location to see if they could take me today. I made my way to Ingersoll once the employee at the Woodstock Canadian tire gave me the go ahead. When I got to the Ingersoll location I was shocked to find out that they had no availability today told the Woodstock location that they were booking from Wednesday on. Thankfully the employees at the Ingersoll location are incredible flexible and accommodate and helped me and my friend get our tire fixed. They managed to take my car in and replace my tire within a matter of 15 minutes. They were all very professional and friendly and I can’t think them enough for all their help today!! I highly recommend coming here for any service needs for your cars!!

Asked an employee, who didn’t know where to find it so he asked over the walkie and the girl said rudely “most people just use a piece of wood, so” because did didnt know where to find it. I don’t care what most people use. I come in looking for a product and you don’t get to rudely dismiss me. Wont be back. Lost my business. Manager didn’t care and you’ve lost money from me ? I’ll be going to Home Depot.
J	Joanne Kress on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Headed out on a big trip and my windshield wipers weren’t working. I went somewhere and bought new blades and then couldn’t install them myself. Feeling a bit panicked because I am driving 5 hours into a snowstorm, I called Ingersoll Canadian Tire and Eva assured me that they would be able to help me out right away. When I got there, Bob the mechanic was able to help me right away. Turns out I had the wrong wipers. Bob got me sorted out and ready to go in no time flat. I care that I can now see out my windshield but I am also very thankful that I was never made to feel like an idiot. Both Bob and Eva were very kind and helpful. Thank you so much.
D	Darrell Mclean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Ingersoll Canadian tire on Sunday for rims and tires . They had to order everything in and booked the appointment for Tuesday @ 9:00 am. I took my car in and an hour and half later all work was completed. The customer service at this store is amazing.

M	Monique Tulk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob is the most amazing service manager and very caring, my friends and I were travelling on the 401 and had an air leak along the drive filled the tire and had no success. We were in distress googled the closest Canadian tire and called Rob he was attentive and caring right away and told us to come and he would stay late and take care of us. He was so polite professional helped us out and got us back on the road to continue our safe travels. Highly recommend Rob and his team!
