★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized and messy shelves, broken products being sold instead of taking them out of circulation, and an army of staff standing around the self checkout doing nothing. Also, if you look a day under 60 they just assume you're there to steal stuff and will harass you. Extremely poorly run store.
Edit: contacted customer support after they reached out, and was told there's nothing they can do about it because the stores are independently owned and operated. So I guess the name "Canadian Tire" means nothing, because head office doesn't care how the independent owners run their stores. Pretty pathetic guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful staff with great attitudes, for working in customer service they seem genuinely happy to assist. Find it to have an easier to navigate setup than most Canadian Tires in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get new tires. I noticed I had an oil leak, so I figured I would just get them to take a look at it. They said I needed a new oil pan. So I got them to repair it. When I went to a mechanic I know. He said they didn't seal it properly. Do yourself a favor and just skip going here. Overpriced and not even quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wide selection of items makes it easy to make this a one stop shop, whether you need something for car or household repair, items to help beautify your home and make it just the way you want it. It's becoming my one stop shop my last trip there I was able to get washer fluid for my car, a bicycle lock for the new bike, furnace filters, pet food and of course a trip to Canadian Tire is never complete without a visit to the seasonal section to see what is new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not easy to find things and way too many aisles. Customer service is good and usually has what you need if it's not sold out due to shortage. Kind of a hit or miss but otherwise good. Miss the hotdog guy who used to be out front though. He was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck finding a staff anywhere but checkout - had to go through half the store to find someone. Customer Service's idea of "help" is "we can look it up on the website." When asked if they could call another location about a product that was out of stock here, but supposedly in stock there, the response was "I can give you their number."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is fine. Much better staff than the White Oaks location. Although some of the young cashiers could learn to look a little less miserable on the job. Speak up as well. So damned quiet.
NEVER do business with the garage at this location. They are swindlers, liars and most sadly of all....stupid. Much like the entire White Oaks location.
