C	Chrystal Adams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate 0 stars I would!!! Terrible Terrible customer service. Your paying 3 cashiers to stand around and talk at the self checkout area. Only one checkout actually open. I go to use the self checkout as there was like 5 or 6 of them ALL EMPTY. The one person standing around talking told me I could not use it because i had more than 12 items. If it had been busy I understand the self checkout for 12 items is more like an express. However only ONE checkout open, and Every self checkout was completely EMPTY. Also cashiers should do there job you get paid to stand around and talk to 2 other coworkers doing nothing your watching an EMPTY self checkout.

G	Gary CALVER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find what I need most of the time. The staff always seems to be upset if you ask a question. Just a poor attitude throughout the store. Must be poor management. The store is close and OK. but like I said the staff is mostly mean spirited.

I used a coupon, it took 3 different people to look at it. Never go there again. I’ll stick to superstore where their staff is always polite and know how to handle coupons and price match. Take some lessons nofrills

Only had 50$ on my card and no shame in that; put what i could buy on the cart, the needed items i felt were more important, but Nofrills went beyond excellent, for my cashier told me to put the last 3 items on the belt and they paid the other (close to) 10$ for me. I was speechless that they would do that for a customer. Thank you Nofrills for the A+++ service today.

They have 3 cashiers working with lines open self check outs but won’t allow any carts through. Mind you they don’t have any signs telling people that you can’t bring a cart through the self check out. Save yourself and walk 3 seconds to go to Walmart, you’ll save money too.
J	James Bialkowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the WORST grocery store staff experience in my 51 years Re:SLIP#535300 3/10/22 3:40PM Went in with my partner to buy like 12 items so we used the self check out. 1 staff was supervising the machines. From the second we started scanning she was all over us. Giving me attitude for causing a "red flash" with the scanner. (case of water didn't scan) Then tells us we can't use our own bags unless we paid by Mastercard? Huh ? All this while like 2 feet from our backs to make sure we weren't stealing anything. Even the cashier at the express lane beside us was like what the heck is up with this one ? Paid..left and told the cheerful soul on the way out to check Google. Should a manager read this feel free to look at the tapes and ask if it's normal for a staff member to bother customers this way. It's called self check out for a reason. This is what I get for not going to Food Basics.
