Worst experience. I went to return the shoe as it was the wrong size but the lady at the counter was questioning me like I stole something from her. I must say the staff at the counter has no manners and they don't know how to deal with the customers.

Was in this hole on Sunday afternoon and was treated like I was stealing left and right. Lady asked me 2 times if she could take my stuff up to the front. I run a business I have no need to steal from you, I also have no need to come here again as it was the most awkward experience in my life. Even went to look at hats and noticed the girl look at her coworkers 7 times while looking at me in the corner of her eye. Such a highschool show here. If your uncomfortable move away, I need a new hat for work.

Recently bought a Fitbit through Sport Chek online as local stores had no inventory of the model I was interested in. It arrived on-time but the display didn't work. I returned it to the Dundas East store for exchange or replacement and was told that I had to deal with Fitbit. I explained that I did not buy it from Fitbit and that my transaction was with Sport Chek but they would not budge. Very disappointed that they would not honour the warranty of the products they sell. I will no longer shop at Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, Marks Work Warehouse, et all, if they take no responsibility for the products they sell. I guess I will stick to US based companies - Costco and Home Depot, etc. where they will readily take responsibility for the products they sell.

Worst experience ever! Staff at this sport check location are fraudsters! I ordered a bike online which cost me CAD $1005+, when I arrived to pickup they handed me over a different brand bike, which is hardly $250 bike. When I refuse to accept it, they told me, one of the employee took my bike to home. They thought, I would not recognize it, and walk away with the cheap bike. They gave me $25 gift card & had to wait an hour for the other employee to bring my bike back from his home. Detail story: Last week, I ordered “GT Avalanche sport” bike via SportCheck website, and I opted for curb-side pickup. It cost me over a $1005 bucks. However, before placing order I did my research on available brands at sportchek and GT was the only reputable brand, and it came high price tag. That’s fine, I placed order because I didn’t wanna get something cheap & low quality. Long story short, after receiving confirmation email from sportchek that my order is ready for pickup, I arrived at the location for pickup. I provided my order details to the rep & she came out with a flimsy “Nakamura” bike which is just around $250, and handed it over to me after confirming serial number both on receipt(they made) & serial attached to bike. First I didn’t notice, I just took the bike and was kinda walking away toward my car. However, the moment I was walking away, I realized it’s not black, as I ordered black colour but I looked at the brand name, it was “Nakamura”. I turned around asked her this isn’t the brand I ordered, while she was about to enter the store. She said “No, No this the one I have for you”. I said no, this isn’t GT. Then she went in and came back after 5mins to tell me that my bike was taken home by another employee & they called him and he is gonna bring it back. I waited an hour for the guy to bring it back, and obviously he rode it to home & back. They gave me $25 gift card to compensate me because they get caught red handed. By

Was in today to get my sons skates sharpened. Was told 10-15 minutes. After waitin over an hour and still not having skates, very frustrating. Won't be returning.

Bought a pair of running shoes here and the sales associate was very helpful! They assisted me in finding the best shoe that would suit what I was using them for (my daily runs) and I was in and out of the store in a timely manner

They do my bike repairs. Qualified, friendly staff to at reasonable prices. You could not want for more.
