I came in and was able to find absolutely everything I was looking for quick and easily, and the service was fantastic! I learned about each thing I bought and there was lots of choices, and they were so helpful explaining how to set it all up too. Great shop, check it out!

G	GraveDiggerIII on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my bike in for a tune-up last season. Unfortunately, it was ~$120 right down the drain. Whoever was working on my bike did not know what they were doing. When I came to pick up the bike after they called to say it was ready, I rode it for 20 meters and turned straight back to the shop, as it felt like absolutely nothing had been done on the issues I pointed out. When I voiced my concerns, I was told that because I didn't have hydraulic breaks, that I should not expect them to grip all that well. (???) They are still disk breaks, I shouldn't have a stopping distance of 15+ feet on a bicycle when I pull the break handle all the way in. The gears weren't fixed either. After second visit, they handed me the bike and said "alright, this is as good as its going to get" breaks were slightly improved, but definitely not as good as I hoped. Bike is still skipping gears, this was NEVER fixed. I decided I wouldn't take my bike back for a third time. Can't say I'm impressed.

The guy told me it would take 1 week as it’s a busy season and it took exactly 1 week almost to the hour, awesome! I got it home and took it for a spin about 50 feet down the road my derailleur exploded while switching gears. This could have been my own fault so I am placing no blame. I got a message from them the next day saying to bring it by and they would replace the derailleur (upgraded the model as well to a heavy duty one) and charged me no cost! I appreciate this so much and I will definitely be giving you folks my return business.

I had an old Supercycle that had been stored for a few years in a shed, after taking it out to ride, the rear derailleur had rotten away and crumbled up. I reached out to First street cycleworks for the part and an install, and they wouldn't touch the bike if it wasn't something of a high end brand. Outspokin cycles took my bike in right away and had it fixed the day of drop off for under $50! Amazing people and amazing service! Thank you guys!
