I was thoroughly assisted through the process of learning about and fixing my own bike, a new-to-me used bicycle i purchased from a neighbor. I left the co-op feeling confident, comfortable and proud to now be apart of a great cycling community!

β β β β β I first saw a shop with a perfect score of reviews of more than 20 people. There was a reason. They were so kind and professional. That may be why the city of London has partnered with them. I am a Newcomer who came to Canada this year and was suffering in many ways from Pandemics. But thanks to these things, my bicycle has been fixed and my family will be able to save money on transportation. I sincerely wish the prosperity of this shop.

β β β β β SWBC has made biking an incredibly enjoyable experience over the last 3 years. They supply everything you could ever need (used and new) to repair and service your bike yourself, all in a nice big workshop.
They offer friendly help from clueless new riders like (like myself, years ago) who need help learning how to change a flat to experience riders who ask advanced questions.
I'd never been to a bike coop (I never knew what they even were) before accidentally stumbling upon them one day. I can say now that that was one of the best accidental discoveries that I've ever made β₯οΈ?β₯οΈ

β β β β β Really friendly staff and really great service. I bought a nice road bike from them during the summer and it's been working like a charm. I came in recently because a spoke had started to come loose and they trued the wheel there and then.
I have recommended this place to two friends and both of them have come away with a bike. I highly recommend!

β β β β β I've purchased my membership with this organization and I've already consider it money well spent. With them, I'm finally learning some of the basics of bike maintenance that I should have learned some time ago.
Even better, that is only the beginning: just recently I got a free bicycle bell from somewhere else, but the holding ring simply would not fit the handle bars. I went to this place, and they offered an exchange for it for a used bell that would fit. It was otherwise free and met my needs perfectly.

β β β β β My nephew let a bigger older kid ride his BMX at the skate park and the back rim got warped quick. Also the brakes never worked to good as it was just a Walmart special but he loved the paint job and bike itself. So I took it to my bike shop and it would have cost more then it was worth to fix it. I remembered this place and only heard good things so I figured it was worth a shot. They had a better rim then was on there off a BMX someone donated and lots of brake parts. With some help from Wyatt, the use of their facility and some used parts I got it done for a fraction of the cost of new. I was so happy I bought their sustaining yearly membership, it was still more affordable then it being fixed at my bike shop with new parts and I can tell my nephew I fixed it myself... I highly recommend this bike shop if you wanna work on your own bike, need parts, want knowledge, have an old bike to donate instead throwing out or are looking for a quality used bike! This ? shop is 5βοΈ for sure!
