Professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. Biggest thing I loved about this place is "Test Drives" are allowed on floor models, and that really makes a difference when individuals want to select their ride for purchse; not like other bike shops. Love their complimentary T-Shirt with my fast fat tire ebike. Recommended!!

He has been patient with my questions, responsive to my emails, and accommodating to my needs and timelines. The bike is incredible and I am very thankful to have forged a consumer relationship with such a personable and knowledgeable business owner. Highly recommended electric bike shop!

Delivered on time and really efficient after-sale services too. If you are a first time buyer they’ll let you test drive different models and let you decide which one’s is fit for you.

My experience with William was exceptional...helpful, so very patient with my questions and getting me set up for safe riding. He even took time and escorted me to a near by bike path after I got lost riding to his store! I highly recommend E-Motion as the place to buy in London.
