★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't give people a choice of food. Also doesn't give out snacks for school aged children. It also doesn't give out any type of meat. The majority of the food given is bread and buns. Given more support from the Government and the community I believe it could be a much better food bank. It is a great help to all thoese who do need their help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to better their cereal choices upon giving to a family with kids....kids don't eat Life cereal or corn flakes ?♀️?♀️ yet you'll give foreigners fruit loops or the best cereal...I notice this always ? or they get chips etc. Plain rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never been to this food bank but have huge respect for the workers and community for making this place possible. However, some of these reviews are disgusting. The food bank is to help u in emergencies, it’s not instacart nor is it a grocery store. The complaints I’ve read are insane… ppl complaining about preferences and such. The food bank is there to help u so u don’t starve. Obviously ur not that in need if u can be that selective. A lot of ppl are in need and there are only so many donations to go around. Complaining that u don’t eat canned food, hate beans, or that there aren’t enough snacks etc is beyond ungrateful. Be thankful that this service is available to u. The fact that some of u took the time to write a review to complain about FREE food that ppl have donated for u and ur family to survive says a lot about u. I’ve had next to nothing in my cupboards and eaten many meals I didn’t “like” to survive…. It sucked but I didn’t starve and that’s all that matters. The entitlement of some of these commenters blows my mind. Wow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are still making you wait outside when everyone else is now relaxing the rules but foodbank is quite discriminatory fearing poor people are dirtier and more likely to have covid yet there are many different people with lost jobs or just waiting for their jobs to kick in and need just a one time help or so... food bank should show equal compassion instead of labeling everyone low class....volunteers should be a little more educated... I'm not saying everyone at the food bank do this there are also very friendly understanding staff aswell and their smiles go a very long way...regardless of the negative the food bank gives a helping hand to everyone and that's what makes this world go round... thank-you London food bank it's extremely appreciated
