★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hall ruined my wedding! we had 250 people attend and our food took 2-3 hours to be served to our guests!! There were only 2 waiters holding 2 plates in each hand going table by table to serve the food that wasnt coming out of the kitchen fast enough! 4 plates being served almost every 15-20 minutes to 250 people! It was a disaster! The food threw off the entire days schedule and I got many complaints the day of and after which is something you dont want at your wedding! I called the lady after and she tells me there was only 1 cook in the back plating the food and no one else is allowed to help!!!! 1 person plating 250 entres no wonder it took forever!?! I did not get compensated or an apology and she told me the food only took an hour to be served even though the whole wedding was recorded by our photographer and it took much longer. If I knew they have a food service problem I would have never done my wedding there because I remember emphasizing at the initial meeting how important it is for me to have the food out and off the tables quickly enough to start the program and she said food will be served and off the tables within an hour. If you dont have a problem with having guests still waiting for their food while others ate and are just sitting there waiting for more than 2 hours at your wedding then by all means do your wedding or event here, but it really was the worst part of the entire day and this hall ruined my wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food - not very good, turkey dinner - processed turkey, raw, tough mixed vegetables (boiled), potatoes & gravy good, salad served 1 bowl per table of 8, not enough to go around, rolls good. You had to serve yourself for coffee & dessert (chocolate & vanilla slab cake - still frozen), single line the length of the hall.
The tables were packed in like sardines in a can. And the dance floor was overcrowded.
No sufficient for 200-230 people.

A small group of women in Springfield and Aylmer Ontario donated time and talent to crochet Blue and Yellow ribbons for sale. They were so gracious and friendly.
