The staff is great ! Both professional, friendly, and go the extra mile to enhance the customer’s experience.
Dealing with Mary a zero rating.
You’re dealing with people . The “public”.
A smile on your face goes along way instead of the awful attitude and looks you give . If you don’t like your job , retire.
Based on my experiences, Mary is abrupt , very rude , constantly over talks staff when trying to process a customers order which makes for a long process .. She’s a “know it all “and is very aggressive with staff which minimizes the efforts of staff and not to mention a positive customer experience. She constantly takes over a transaction and spend more time talking about herself.
Then to see how she treats staff in front of customers is uncomfortable.
I’ve witnessed this too many times . Enough is enough!
Advice to Mary: Allow the staff to interact and manage the customers, they do a wonderful job and that’s what they were hired to do .
Clearly you lack in customer service and client relations .
And what’s up with the overpricing products ?. I have products that have Home hardware pricing under the DuraMed labels . You’re buying stock from another store and increasing the costs ? Super shady. Care to explain?
If you continue down this path you will loose valuable customer and start as they are your finest assests .

HOW DARE THEY! They took away my tendency to complain by providing prompt and exemplary service that was demonstrated in real action (not promises)!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with other mobility places, as well as Duramed, and Duramed is top quality service! They are super helpful, and I can’t sing Ernie’s praise enough! I have had rental equipment from them, and then I was gifted some. When they came to get the rental stuff, they also set up my free stuff, and there was some broken parts that I was able to purchase and he replaced the parts for me as part of that same service call. I am so happy with all the interaction I have had with them. I know of other places that have offered rewards for good reviews, I want to make it clear, that is not the case here. This is an honest, unprompted review based on each interaction I have had with them.

Dura Med has a great range of products - and the staff are knowledgeable about them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband recently had a stroke with many adverse effects. One was not being able to walk and we rented a wheelchair from Dura Med. Now was the time to get him a walker. As they had provide us with excellent information on the wheelchair, we went to them for the walker. I was amazed by the knowledge, the helpfulness, and the care we received. Lynn, the saleslady, made sure that my husband was measured against each walker we tried. I was surprised that each part of the walker was measured and extra care was taken in making sure we had one that was very suitable for my husband. For sure, when it is time to get him a permanent wheelchair we will be going to Dura Med. I highly recommend them.
