It is clear that they want the best for individuals with different- abilities and/ or illnesses. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations with the caliber of the repairs they have done on my adaptive equipment. They take the time to listen to my concerns and make adjustments accordingly. I just received my new power wheelchair, and I could not be happier with the services provided. The staff is so helpful making sure all your needs are met, not by being pushy but by being empathetic to your circumstances. I deal primarily with Chris and he has gone above and beyond of what’s to be expected from customer service. He came into my home and was extremely respectful while answering my questions and making sure and making all our bases were covered when ordering a new power wheelchair. I %100 would recommend using Leading Edge, exceptional service and staff. Thanks Chris for all your help and time you put in to make sure I get everything I need! Jim Klapp
