★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registered for flu shot. Went to pharmacy and was told it wasn’t available. Had all info printed off. Once again website was wrong. Need to get their act together. Was able to get shot at the competition. Worst franchise in Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at the pharmacy. My prescription only took 10 minutes to get ready. Everyone was so friendly. The staff are taking appropriate precautions during this pandemic. I saw many staff members wearing masks. The tap on my debit card doesnt work and the pharmacy assistant made sure to sanitize the machine before and after I touched it. Overall, I felt very safe and cared for. I look forward to going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super upset as I told them I needed the covid test to fly in Canada.... Charged me 40 bucks for the wrong test and was stuck in Calgary airport for my birthday and had to pay 200.00 for it. RIP offs I honestly cannot believe they did it.... Do not go there to get neg covid test for travel. It's not the right one and they won't tell you that. Had to give 1 star to comment or you would get 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this pharmacy but it seems to me they need more help at peek times. sometimes it’s frustrating trying to pick up your perception, especially when you’ve called it in the day before and it still isn’t ready. Anyway I do think they are all good people and I appreciate that they address me by my name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome pharmacy..I put a prescription in and the pharmacist asked if I had any allergies and noticed that my prescription wasn’t one I could take, and called the Dr. To change it…so amazing..saved me from a lot of grief….thank you to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you require a covid test for travel, I would not recommend Shoppers Drug Mart. I called to inquire about availability yesterday and was told to come between 10 and 4, no appointment required. When I went around 1330, I was told to return in an hour because they needed a break. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve transferred all my husbands and my own prescriptions to another pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is not friendly and welcoming at all. They make me feel like I’m bothering them just filling a prescription. Also the staff turn around seems to be constant so what does that say about the management of the pharmacy. Definitely not the level of care I’d like to have from my pharmacy

The serving pharmacist read aloud the various drug names, doses, and cost in front of several other customers leaving me feeling rather embarrassed. This information is supposed to be private, does this not contravene with HIPAA policy? Despite that, I have had good service in the past, this was just offensive.
